Mental Health and Resilience

Mental health and resilience are a really important part of helping young people become the best version of themselves. Young people are dealing with more pressure than ever, from school, friendships, social media, expectations and the challenges they face growing up.
This session gives them the knowledge, confidence and practical tools to understand their mental health, deal with difficult emotions and cope when life gets tough. It also helps them recognise when things aren't right, understand that asking for help is a strength, and know where they can turn for support.
Ultimately, it’s about helping young people build the resilience to face challenges, believe in themselves and feel better equipped to deal with whatever life throws at them.
